How are you both?

Great. Just starting
the launch of the next great radio station.

We have heard your
new album ‘Stuck’. It really is amazing. You are a great talent.
Reg
Thanks. It’s not
that hard. Honestly. I just have a great support team that I love.
Orion
What was behind the
choice of calling it ‘Stuck’?
Reg
It was mainly due to
being in control and not having control. It’s about empowerment and finding
your own soul.
Petal
Reg. I love how you
have changed your stage name by adding your wife’s surname to yours. What was
behind doing that?
Reg
I married Georgina last August officially that was the best day of my
life. I guess some people would find it odd. Why not!
Orion
Being on tour and
performing. Is it hard to maintain a strong relationship with Georgina.
Reg
No. She knows what
it’s like. She works in the industry.
Petal
The Squeegees. They
have released two albums. Can you give us the exclusive? Why did the band break
up?
Reg
Well. In 2009 after
our second album together. They decided to go they’re separate ways. By luck I
was offered a recording contract to make music for a long time. I didn’t think The Squeegees would come back. It was due to my contract. There is no beef
between us. I wrote a couple of songs for them to record. We will always be
friends to the day we die.
Petal
Reg the ‘Stuck’
album is much stronger than your first self-titled album. The first was a rock,
heavy metal album. This one is rnb, pop, dance, hip hop, folk and ballads. What
was the reason for the change of genre?
Reg
It was down to me
wanting to show more of me, what I know and what I love. It is what The Squeegees and me were not, but more of who I am.
Orion
Reg. So the album
will be released today worldwide. What are your expectations of this work of
art?
Reg
I want to make music
I am proud of and the best of me for my fans that have been with me since I was
a teenager. In May on my 25th birthday I will be going on a
worldwide tour. I can’t wait.
Petal
Reg. How do you feel
knowing that The Squeegees are releasing two albums on the same day as you?
Reg
That’s fine. There
is no competition. They are my best friends since childhood and I wish them all
the best.

Reg. What song from

I don’t know.
They’re all great. I love them all. When I had to choose the singles it was so
hard. Let me think about this. Okay ‘Hoodie’, ‘Ruthless’, ‘I fell in love with
a boy’, ‘I know you want to kiss me’, ‘I’m in love with you’ and ‘Trooper’.
